Hmmmm, I haven't had my TT yet, but when I had my C-Section I had two spots that opened and had to heal.  How big are your spots, mine were like 1/2" to 1" and they healed up very nicely.  Keep them dry but clean.  Again, I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I think I popped mine from moving or sitting too quickly.  You can always call the nurses line at your reg dr's office and ask them or call a wound care clinic and ask them if you should be worried about it.  You need to advocate for yourself.  Good luck, it is probably a glitch and should be fine.  But make some calls if you  think you need to ok?

Hello, I did not have this happen on my first round of plastics but with my second  did. A spot opened under my arms and on both my breast. The Dr. just let them mend on there on. They have all closed up fine except for a little pin hole in my right breast. He said it was fine though

I had an infection after my TT and the PS cut two 3/4" slits in my incision to relieve the liquid.  They healed on their own but I will need a revision in those areas because they didn't heal flat.

I would just keep it covered - maybe putting surgical tape over it to close the gap so it heals faster/properly?  Just a thought.

Yes I had this happen to me. Mine was located directly under my belly button along the stitch line, I looked like I had 2 belly buttons! I am 3 months out from surgery and the opening is fully healed. To me it looked quite deep and ugly but it heals from the inside out. It will remain open until it fills in. I was advised to wet pack the wound. To do this you take sterile gauze squares, open them and wet it with sterile saline solution, squeeze out excess water and pack it into the wound with a sterile cotton swab. At first it took 2 pads to fill my hole but as it  healed you use less and less. Cover it with a sterile sponge with tape. I had to repeat this 3 times a day. It really healed up nicely. Also I was told to put on Vaseline or Aquapor on the healed stitch line to keep it from drying out. This helps the incision heal better.
