Residency Program - Northwestern Chicago

Hello All,

Has anyone here had surgery using a residency program?  I had one recommendation that she used the residency program was very happy with the work and the cost was much more affordable.  I wondered  if anyone else could share their experience with me after using a residency program. 

I met with Dr. Lee in Chicago and had a great experience meeting him and his staff.  I have an appointment with the residency program in two weeks.  I'm looking to get my bat wings fixed.

Hi Neighbor!......I am from the Chicago suburbs....I have been here in Atlanta for 6 years.......Is Dr. Lee first name Raphael? because I see him listed as a PS on the University of Chicago website...

I have heard of a residency program in regards to plastics and I believe that the University of Chicago offers a financial program for residents there......I have heard rave reviews about Dr. Lawrence Gottlieb at U of C hospital and he works with alot of WLS patients...

I love Dr. Vivek Prachand.....he removed my gallbladder in 05 and I had wonderfrul results....He was in general surgery and came highly recommended by my PCP at that time.....He did RNY on another lady here also from Chicago who also uses the name Jazz...small world

So he does the DS now too, huh?....he is a very good Dr...If I ever move back to Chicago I will have him take care of me again for the rest of my post-op life!

Univ of Chicago Residency Program is amazing! I am so happy with my results. I had a lbl and bl and then went to someone else due to Care Credit and am NOT happy with that dr. at all. I am going to go back to the Res Program to fix my problems. I would recommend them to everyone! And the cost saved me about $30,000...:-)
