totalabdominalplasty in Central Fl

Hi everyone. I had  lap band surgery 2 years ago and although I am not at my goal weight ( about 151-20 pounds away) I have been at the same weight for the past 10 months or so. I have lost 100 pounds since my highest weight and have bounced over the same 5 or so pounds for 10 months. I feel like I am ready to have this huge amount of extra tummy skin removed. I have had one consultation with Dr Newman in Orlando and really liked him. My insurance will not pay for my surgery because it is not Medically necessary at this time.....and I don;t really want to wait until my skin starts to feel as if it is rotting off or I get a hernia to have surgery....soooo..... I am getting a second consult with Dr Bryan Joseph in Winter Park  on April 21.
Has anyone seen either of these Doctors and if so what are your opinions of them. If you have not is there a surgeon in Central Fl Orlando , Winter Park Daytona area that you would recommend.? I am trying to get this all rolling to perhaps do it in July. I am self pay soooooo although price is not the main thing it definitely has a factor in the whole decision process.



Also I would love to hear from anyone who has the same surgery and get some insight into their experiences.....the good the bad and the ugly....thanks!!!!
