thigh lift with Tri-care / DEERS?

My thighs are in horrible shape and they need to be lifted! Has any luck getting it done through Deers?

IDK about tri care but from what I hear, thighs are really tough to get insurance to pay for , see if ur PS takes Care Credit they have 12 to 18 months interest free, thats how I paid for all my plastics
