Need some support and help!

 I had an appointment with a plastic surgeon today and was deemed to high risk to have any kind of  surgery..and that even included reconstructive on a breast that has had a lumpectomy.  I cried for a long time but realize she is probably right.  It was not really an issue if insurance would pay or not...it just boiled down to that...I am depressed but must accept..what it is is what it is.  so....

I am 2 years out.  I am a very petite and tiny 113lbs...my goal was 115.  I have maintained that for more than 6 months and it seems to be where my body is comfy at.  Yes..sagging skin is my demon...but I can tell you what bothers me the most...what I hate to look at the most..is the sagging skin on my legs from the knee up.....if I just pull it up with my hands the tiniest bit..voila..looks great..if I lie flat...looks great...unforutnatley it can be that way....so my question...

I have looked and looked...and cannot find a compression panty that comes maybe just mid thigh..something that goes under shorts, skirt bathing suit or short dress...I know even the smallest life would help me be less self conscious....

If anyone can direct me ot the right site....I would greatly appreciate it....even if I had to save until summer..thank you..

 What about just a girdle type garment like this one. It's made by Flexees. If it was too long you coud cut off the lace at the bottom
