One year later...113lbs gone!

Today is one year to the day since I had my R&Y. 113lbs gone and more inches than I can believe. I never thought I would feel this good, have this much energy and so much more confidence in myself. I'm a board lurker but I get so much from all of your posts and have found so much help & inspiration here. Thanks!

Just an encouragement. I lost weight every month in 2nd year too. I made goal at 23 months. I'm sure I will stop soon.
