Tummy Tuck Revisions

Has anyone ever had to get a tummy tuck revision after losing more weight? I'm nervous this may happen to me. I'm 23 and still have about 30 lbs to lose and had my full tummy tuck done in 2009. I'm starting to lose the remaining weight and my stomach still has a bit of loose skin in places although it's flat- I'm hoping it will tighten up by working out?
