Question about breast lifts

Has anyone had a breast lift only (no implants) that did NOT require nipple repositioning? I'm a newbie on this topic, but I am trying to figure out if that can be done and if so, what is the procedure like?

I had my breast lift, no implants 2 yesars ago. I had very little breast tissue left and no volumne on the upper part of my breast. Unless they can fill your breast with your own fat(mine was my "side breast" LOL) and pump up the volumne then I would think you would need nipple repostioning. But I'm not sure what you lost in the Weight Loss journey
