after your LBL?   standing up?  laying down? dressing?  just wound care?

I am only spending 1 day in the hospital.  and my mom is going to be my after care, but she has Parkinson's, and works.  so I will be home alone 9 hours a day while she is at work.

Will I be able to get to and from the bathroom on my own?  or am I being silly worrying about this?

I just kind of replied to this in another thread, so I hope I'm not getting repetitious, but I was in great shape physically, had an amazingly quick recovery according to my surgeon, and I really, really needed my dh with me full time the first several days out of the hospital.

You will be able to do some of this yourself, but particularly with showering and dressing, removing the garment/ binder the first times can make you feel woozy.

Be very careful, and best wishes!
