What is a chicken cutlet in relation to sagging breast??

 I read a post talking about sagging breast & someone mentioned chicken cutlets!!  What is this???

Basically, it's a foam or silicon pad that fits in your bra, much like the ones built into push-up bras, that you can use to give fullness to your breasts.

If you get the silicon, they tend to have the shape and flexibility of chicken cutlets.
