Cheap TT in Houston? Ever heard of this DR?

Hello,
I'm new to OH forum.  First post!  But, I've been reading here for quite a while.  I've lost 120lbs in the last 14 months since RNY.  I'm starting to research plastic surgery.  Has anyone heard anything about C. Bob Basu in Houston?  Please message me with your comments about him either way (positive or negative).

Also, is going with the "cheapest" plastic surgeon wrong?  I've met with 3 doctors in Houston and Dr. Basu is the least expensive by about $2,000 (for a tummy tuck and breast implants combined).  And, this is making me a little nervous.  All three surgeons I've seen have said basically the same thing regarding how they would approach my surgery.  The prices range from $13K-$17K.  Is the "cheapest" necessarily a bad choice?

Thank you for your help!

I would be very nervous about going with the cheapest. Do lots of research. I am not familiar with him.

Did you look into Baylor's residency program?  I've heard good things about their program and am going to make an appointment for a consult with them.

Try Dr. Jaml Bullocks at Baylor. He did both my rounds of plastics and I absolutely adore him. I hae a thigh lift scheduled in November.
