Stages?
I did may arms first because you can't hide arms here in the south and they were inexpensive to fix (everything else I can hide pretty well with shapewear). Stage 2 I plan on doing a breast lift/upper body lift because the excess skin on my back by my underarms bugs the bejesus out of me. And again, it will be all I can afford at the time. Stage 3 will be a lower body lift. Stage 4 will be an inner thigh lift and any touch up elsewhere I might need.
Some doctors will do all that you want done in two stages.

I've had four surgeries. First I did my arms, second was the tummy tuck (covered by insurance), third was the inner thigh and breast lift, and I just had my neck, face, and lower eye lift a few weeks ago. I didn't decide to do the breast lift until after I did my arms or I probably would have combined them. Fortunately, I've worked for the same company for alot of years and had plenty of sick leave. Good luck to you.
I had all 4 done at one time with Dr Sauceda. I had LBL, BL, arms and upper thigh lift. You can click on Dr Sauceda in my sig line and it'll take you to Dr Sauceda's board here. I couldn't keep taking time off for different surgeries, and had one recovery. I just started back to work this week half time. I was 9 weeks out on Thur. I had excellent care in a clinic with 24/7 care. The last week was spent at the hotel, Dr S came by daily and his nurse came by daily to help me take a shower and get me back into my compression garments.
I love my new body and face.

Hi Ashley,
I wasn't interested in having everything done at once, but the procedures that I discussed with my surgeon included: tummy tuck, breast lift, breast aug, brachioplasty, and thigh lift. Based on my preferences for what was bothering me the most, I did a tummy tuck and breast lift together and first. My surgeon (and others) suggested doing breast lift first since I had a lot of extra skin and she said you get better results doing the shaping first, then doing the implants later if you still want them since it's hard to tell how much tissue/extra skin you have and you can end up with too big or too small sized implants, she also said the implants put a lot of tension on healing skin and because of my scarring issues she recommended waiting 2-3 months and then just doing a small incision to put the implants in if I still wanted them.
Just to note, my case is a little different because I tend to form keloids/hypertrophic scars post-surgery, so it was recommended that I do procedures first where the scars are not visible with clothes on and see how I heal before doing any of the other procedures, especially the arms, where the scars are large and visible. Still not sure that I will have any other procedures done other than implants, and even those still not sure about. I am pretty happy with the breast lift results so far.
One of the surgeons I consulted with was willing to do BL/BA, brachioplasty, and tummy tuck all at the same time, so I think it's a definite possibility.

None of the surgeons that I saw would operate past 6 hours which means none would perform everything you listed at one time.
I had what I hated done first - arms and LBL. My surgeon pointed out that he would pull downward for the LBL and that could move my breasts down a little which he would fix with the beast lift. I also found the recovery easy with this combination. I did need help for a few days post-op getting out of bed, but after that I was completely independant.
I'm having thigh lift and breast lift in a few months.
The surgeon I chose prefers not to do the LBL with the leg lift, but another surgeon preferred to do both together. As you meet with surgeons ask them if they have preferences and why.

My surgeon breaks the procedures up as follows: LBL and Tummy Tuck together; then breast lift and arms; then thigh lift and if I want breast implants at that time we can do the breast implants with the thigh lift. It will take 3 procedures. My first one is scheduled for Friday. He said he would want to wait at least 4-6 months in between each procedure.
