need help with sagging breasts

hey all!
i am down to my goal weight and pretty much maintaining it.
my poor breasts r empty and sagging bad
i tried on every bra you cald imagine at victoria secret and other places
i cannot find something to hold the skin in and give a nice cleavage line
people say to try "chicken cutlets"
but i wanna try them on before i buy them
i don't wanna waste money

any suggestions???

My suggestion is to find a good quality bra shop (not victoria's secret or some chain store) that specializes in bra fittings and spend some time there.  They can help you with bra styles, "chicken cutlets" etc....

You sound like you have the same issue i do.. I am appealing mastopexy right now because there is not enough tissue for reduction... actually considering small implants also... NEVER thought I'd say that...LOL...

I have found that what works best for me is a bra that compresses what I have.  I usually look for one with a light breathable fabric, because then im not hot etc...  I have pretty much given up on having cleavage for not...kinda hard when top of breasts sit towards bottom of ribs...  My biggest thing is that I have to replace my bras every 3 months because they get worn out and lose strenght.  I have found that the shaped cups etc do nothing.  

i just bought soem "chicken cutlets"  silicone bra inserts at Victoria Secret
i tried on every bra they had and no luck
i put those inserts in and WOW  much better !!
for 59 bucks you get 4 of them - 2 different shaped sets
very well made comparedto others
