Has this happened to anyone?

I had gastric banding in 2004 and have lost about 100 pounds.  I recently was approved by my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild) for a tummy tuck on 2/23 then received a disapproval letter on 3/03 with no reference to the initial approval.  The doctor's office and the insurance company are looking into what happened.  I've been somewhat down in the dumps this past weekend after the news.
