How much and what??

I'm looking to get abdominoplasty/Tummy Tuck/Lower Body Lift... something! I haven't scheduled to see plastic surgeon yet because I want to have a basic idea of what I'm looking for and how much it will cost. I know insurance won't pay for any of it... but, I've been saving my pennies! I have extra skin/fat on my belly...obviously, but I also have it on my lower back/upper butt area. My legs aren't really noticeable, but my arms have some swinging batwings. Oh... yeah, I lost all traces of boobies. I am planning on breast implants at some point but, I am focusing on the fats & skins for now. Is it possible to do arms/stomach/lower back/ AND breast implants at one time? If not, what can I do at the same time to minimize hospital stay/anesthesia costs? What would I opt for...abdominoplasty or tummy tuck or lower body lift?? Does anyone have any idea how much this all costs individually and together? I live in western NY and I don't need exact numbers...just a general idea of how much to save before seeing a surgeon and what I should be opting for. Thanks so much for any help!

it is really hard to give u a guesstimate of cost, depends on a lot of things, the region of the USA u r in or if u go to Mexico, how many procedures u r having done at the same time and if 1 is covered by insurance.
just go to a Plastic Surgeon and see what he says most consults are free check before u go. Make sure he is board certified and specializes in weight loss surgery patients.
and when you have more procedures done with the same PS they usually give u a discount.
I had a TT with muscle tightening and the total was 5700.00 but I also had a hysterectomy done at the same time by the GYN Dr. they worked together, I think the usual price for a TT with tightening is around 8500.00.

now I am having back fat  and back wings done in 3 weeks and he charged me 1500.00 and the facility is 1000.00 and anesthesia is 500.00 BUT I have had a about 8 procedures done with the same PS so his fees are very discounted.
my arms were 2500.00 but I had it done at the same time he did my carpal tunnell surgery so it is hard to give an exact price also I think some Drs. charge by the amount of skin they take off. hope this helps a little

Like the other posted said its really hard to give a guess- I can tell you what my quotes are though... I live in Brooklyn and had surgery in the city at Mt. Sinai hospital. 

My quotes for breast lift (no implants), brachioplasty and abdominoplasty including surgeons fees and OR/Anesthesia/recovery (which at Mt. Sinai is an hourly rate (estimated by my surgeon that I pay up front day of surgery) was about 20k.  

I ended up getting insurance coverage for some procedures but ended up upgrading from abdominoplasty to a LBL, the above quote did not include my thighs (lift and lipo) and I have yet to discuss cost with his biller but that will be my next and final procedure- hopefully in early May. 

With insurance covereage i have self-paid 10k thus far for brachio and breast lift (done together) and a LBL; not sure how much the thighs will cost me.
