Lasor Lipo for my arms

I had my first consultation with a plastic surgeon yesterday.  He suggested lasor lipo for my arms. Do any of you know anything about this procedure?  What I read it takes out fat and will help firm the skin.  I don't think I have any fat left in my arms just sagging skin.  How would this work for me? I don't want to waste 4500 dollars just to end up needing a brachioplasty anyway.

I've seen numerous times people posting the very same question you did and one of the plastic surgeons, who post here occasionally, always state it will not work. Save your money and make certain that your consults are with surgeons who specialize on operating on patients with massive weight loss.

Laser lipo does not significantly tighten skin anywhere, particularly in weight loss skin. If you have loose skin go for the brachioplasty. It just works very predictably
