Two questions

I am new to this board and after losing close to 100 lbs I want to start looking into my options down the road.  I have Anthem BC/BS HMO New England and can't imagine they will cover any plastics without extensive sking infection documentation.  However, has anyone on here used Care Credit to fund their plastics?  I have used them for my dog's vet bills but they cover all sorts of medical costs for humans as well.  If anyone has, can you tell me how much you were able to finance and how far out was the no-interest payment terms?  The other question was, does anyone have the contact info for the Mass General Surgical Teaching Clinic?  I have heard of some people going through them for their plastics with great results and a much lower cost.  Thank in advance!

Becca,

I used Care Credit to finance a portion of my plastics.  They offer no-interest payment plans for 3, 6, 12 and 18 months, but not all practices offer every plan.  You have to contact  your PS office to find out which promotional plan they accept - mine only allowed 6 months with no interest.

Hope that helps!
