I had my consultation and I picked my doctor. I got a letter from Cigna requesting more information and to substantiate medical necessity. What do you all think  I should  provide. I have a letter from my primary, multiple RX for yeast medication and a cream. I use lotrimin and scuba deodorant to stay dry.  What else should I provide. Do you think a personal letter will help? Thanks Friends.

I made photocopies of all of the prescriptions my pcp gave me for sores & rashes and took pictures of each sore/rash.  Along with about 50 pictures my plastic surgeon submitted letters from my pcp and gastric bypass surgeon as well as the copies of prescriptions for rash cream.  My insurance covered my tummy tuck and arm lift.
Good luck
