I'm Home n so far very pleased. The hardest part was the aggressive lipo to the thighs. Now that hurts like hell. The arms r a little uncomfortable but toleratable.

I think I notice my arms most on the healing.  The LBL healed nicely, I had a 2 scabs that took a long time to finally heal on my BL, My arms were the first to scab, fall off and I'm still wearing the bra with 3/4 length sleeves (compression) garment.  It bunches up at the elbows.  When I decide to wear a sports bra and let the arms breathe, I notice the scars when they hit my sides.  I've started using Vit E cream on them, but not the silicon sheets yet.   My scar goes to the inside of the pit, not through the pit.

As for having everything done at once, it was amazing.  I'll be 8 weeks out on Thur and I'm planning on going back to work on Monday.  I also had a small upper inside thigh lift done with the LBL, BL and arms.

Best of luck with it, huny!

Saw my surgeons yesterday for final prep for my thigh lift in 2 weeks. They checked over my scars from the last round - and were most complimentary about how they're really fading (I know, I know - pictures. After the thighs, they're sending me all the pics from pre and all the post-tracking, so I'll post once I've got them all - I PROMISE).

They commented that arms are frequently the most tender during healing, and that the silicon sheets tend to help reduce friction which reduces irritation if you can keep them on. They laughed, but approved my solution of using trouser socks with the toes cut open: slide the cuff up to the armpit, and then just let the leg/foot cover your arm to just below the elbow. Works great, inexpensive, and really keeps the silicon on.
