Wishing you good luck for a n uneventful surgery and quick recovery.  My upper body recovery wasn't too bad at all- I found the armpits to be the worst, but all very manageable.  The only advice i have is to stay on top of your pain meds, take stool softeners and avoid any strenuous activity, get lots of rest.  Looking forward to seeing  an update soon!!

Thats where I felt the most burning.  I guess it's simply because it is the area that I had the most movement, abduction, adduction, rotation etc where as your breasts and upper arms remain immobile.  that being said the recovery was a lot easier than I expected- good luck!!

Make sure you have some pillows to keep your arms elevate. The armpits were a hassle because the incisions will go down the side of chest so they kind of rub on each other right at the crease just like they do now but it doesn't hurt because there isn't an incision there. That will get better so as long as your arms are elevated, you should be okay.

Who is doing your surgery for this round?

Good luck and keep us posted!!
