That is a bandage, part of my incision opened up so I've been dealing with a little wound care. But it's now stitched closed. So hopefully no more gauze by next week!

One of my questions for DSers and PS was if you have to get massive amounts of protein in to heal (since DSers malabsorb some protein) - I upped mine to 125 g/day 3 weeks prior and 9 months post plastics, but it was impossible to get that amount in my sleeve without using shakes.
You look fabulous, congrats! I never paid attention to pretty undergarments before my WLS, but my husband gave me a VS giftcard for Xmas- I said I'd only use it if he came with me and helped me choose- SO much more fun now!!!!

I did up my protein and I increased my workouts leading up to surgery.
The wound opening is fairly common from what I understand.

Thank you so much! With the BA I told the Dr that if he thought I'd end up with "porn boobs" that whole bolted on look, then I didn't want them! lol So yes I'm very happy with the size and how they've turned out, they seem like a natural fit for my body. I had very little breast tissue left going into surgery, less than an A cup... so we did silicone under the muscle.
