(PICS) Please help!! A 25 year old firecracker, is like a DEFLATED balloon

I NEED HELP!!  I have no insurance and Ive lost 140 ponds and I need a suregeon please give me ideas!  feedback!!  ANYTHING!!

I haven't had plastic surgery yet but if money is a concern, I'm told Dr. Sauceda in Monterrey, Mexico does really good work.  If you don't want to go out of country, I have found teaching hospitals (UC/Davis, etc.) do the surgery at a fraction of what you would have to pay at the higher end surgeons.  They (the surgeons) are either board certified or are senior residents supervised by board certified plastic surgeons.  Just a suggestion...

I'm 6 weeks out today from my facelift and 6.5 weeks out from my LBL, BL, arms and small upper thigh lift.  I like that everything was done with an epidural and twilight sedation.  I love my new body & face.  But, I love my new bewbies!  They are perky and back where they are suppose to be.

Dr. Luque in Mexicali or Dr. Alejandro Crespo and I don't know where he is anymore. He was not fond of Tijuana and planned on moving. You'd have to google him.
