more weight loss after plastics
So quick question for you folks. I apologize if this has already been asked 100 times before...
Has anyone had plastic surgery, more specifically breast lift/implants and then lost more weight after the fact? If so, do the breasts change? Do they look totally different or weird? Does more excess skin accumulate? Thanks in advance!

I was told by my surgeon to make sure I am at my goal before having a breast lift/implants. If I am not and I lose more weight, they will sag again and I will be left with a similar situation as I am in now. So yes, according to him, more excess skin will accumulate.
I had a TT last year when I still had weight to lose because my panni was so large that I had chronic back pain. I am going to have to have a total revision now because I've lost more weight - I knew that going in and I had no problem with two procedures. I just couldn't deal with the chronic back pain. After my TT, I have had not one day of back pain!

That's why my surgeons don't want to make any plastics/reconstructive plans until you're at goal and stable for 6 months to a year unless there is a significant medical issue, like the back pain for Iam_with_the_Band or my torn chest wall muscle.
They'll consult and explain what your options likely will be, but won't make firm plans or commit to anything until you're done and stable.

It depends when you lose weight did you lose it in your boobs if you did you probably better wait. I talked to a PS at one of our support groups explained I was a c cup at 319 still a c cup just a smaller band size he said he would not have a problem with me doing lift/implants as weight doesn't seem to affect my boobs.
I lost most of my weight up top. My breast were hanging down to my naval and I had to have that fixed. I lost and regained the same 30 lbs in the year since then. I only had a lift with no implants but now my breast have peared a little. I like it as at first they were too high and did not move. Now they move not a lot but enough to feel normal. Good luck to you
