First PS consult done!
Well, I had my first PS consult today. Unfortunately they do not even accept insurance as a method of payment (even if insurance will pay). So that would mean we would have to finance it. Not thrilled about that, but I REALLY want this done. However, we were not even approved for the financing, so we would have to borrow the money from family or have them finance it and we make the payments. The price was about the range I was expecting, but I don't really see how we can swing it. They were also very pushy and wanted a deposit so we could set a date for my surgery. Didn't like that one bit. So I called my mom and asked her if she would be willing to help us with the cost and she said maybe, but she would need a few days to think about it. So I called the place back and told them that I wouldn't know for a few days and I would want to wait an extra couple of weeks to have it done anyway, because my mom is in Florida right now and wants to be back in Michigan before I have the surgery. AGAIN, she was really pushy and wanted a deposit to set a date in May.... GRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
So tomorrow I have a consult with Dr. DiNick and he does participate with my insurance it is just a matter of IF we can get it covered. I have been having a lot of back pain and have been to the doctor and even the ER for it, so we will see. I can't wait to meet with him tomorrow and see his pricing and if insurance will cover or not. Wish me luck. I hope this consult goes better than the one today!!!!!

I hope it goes well for you. Hopefully you've gotten documentation for your issues. That should help you with insurance. Maybe you'll be lucky. Crossing my fingers for you.

Thanks so much... I will definitely update everyone on how it goes tomorrow. I have actually had a couple recommendations for Dr. DiNick, so I am very optimistic that he will be my PS doc, just have to go through the motions and find out for sure. I really liked the facility that I went to today and the people I met, but they turned me off at the end when they got so pushy. Time will tell, I will know when I met the right doctor....

I currently have pics of my BL/BA on my profile. If you'd like to see them, please send me a friend request. The password is Breastlift.
I need to put some new ones on there. But you'll get the idea.
His office also took my insurance and they paid. I paid for the upgrade to the vertical TT, which I found to be nominal compared to the whole scope of things!
I had a date to go to Mexico and Dr Sauceda but got talked out of it by an old BF... I'm very happy with the decision I made.
Good luck to you!

I know... that is the only thing I didn't like about them... When I first went in they were all friendly and the office was nice and they seemed awesome, until they started talking down about other doctors and pushing me to set a date with their doctor.... So we will see how tomorrow goes....
