Updated arm pics on profile
So true, I can't think of anything better than loving the way you look and feel. I look forward to a flat tummy some day. I am still on the fence about new bewbies but I may need them if I keep loosing body fat. But definitely a flat tummy is on my wish list and I'm saving for it now. You look great Chris, I love seeing your avatar because you look so happy!
Take care,

Thanks so much!! I am getting the Upper Body and Arms done at 9am this morning. The scares scare me a bit, but I always figure it can't be much worse then what they look like now. I would rather them be on the inside, but if he needs to put them on the back to get the best results, then I trust my surgeon!!
Thanks again and you look GREAT!!!

Hey Kristi,
Thanks for the nice comment. I feel great and it makes such a huge difference. At first I wasn't sure about the scars but when I really thought about it I realized that I was miserable and in pain most of the time. I couldn't do the activities that I could before I injured myself so when the doctors told me that removing the excess skin from my sides, arms, and breasts would greatly improve the chances of regaining full range of motion and allow me to swim, play tennis, and lift weights then the scars just didn't matter that much.
8 months later no more pain meds, back to lifting weights, swimming, and pretty much anything else I want to do. And a bonus I like the way I look now. Clothes fit better and I don't feel deformed by huge arms and breasts on my tall, kinda lanky frame.
Hopefully you are sleeping now since your surgery is so close!
Keep us posted and I'll be thinking about you and wishing for a uneventful surgery and quick recovery.
