breast reduction and implants

Hello,
i had a breast reduction last April and have lost a lot more weight, now im rather small and droopy and the skin is rather flabby too, has anyone had a reduction and then gone on to have implants? sounds silly i know but  i need to ask, thank you

I just did this 8 weeks ago.  I told my surgeon I wanted to be the same size (DD) put I wanted them lifted up.  He did a lift and breast augmentation...no more saggy skin, and the girls stay put!

i had a reduction and lift too, but my RNY is still working and ive gone on to lose more weight
when i first had my OP reduction i could not belive my boobs they where so good looking  i loved them didnt need a bra, i used to wear a K cup, 38K was my bra size now, before my RNY, im now a  32B ish, im not complaining just wondered if any one had had a reduction and then implants

Implants can be added after a breast lift or reduction, but there is a theoretical risk to the blood supply of the nipple depending on the technique used.  Ask your surgeon about this.

P.S. do you call your doctor "Mr." over there across the pond ?

yes we do call our Drs, Mr, well consltants, yes they go back to Mr, dont ask me why our GPs are called DRs though, after a certain level over here, they go back to Mr, funny i know, thank you will keep you posted am seeing my consltant next week as it goes

Thats it, the surgeons are "Mr." and the GP are generally called "Dr." 

Then you have the student doctors, who I think are called "registrars"  ?!
