It helped me to search for before and after pics that were similar to my build... I found those on by doing a google search for before and after PS pics... some of those sites- realself.com and makemeheal.com
See a few surgeons... Tom and Chris's work looks great, if mexico is an option seriously check into that.

Like Tom, I researched PS and decided I wanted it done at once and have only one recovery period. I'm also 58, and didn't think I could do 1 or 2 at a time. I'm off for 8 weeks, and then I'll be back at work. The pain was really minimal. I have a very low pain tolerance, and it wasn't as bad as my DS. I kept waiting for that Mack truck to go through my room at the clinic and it never happened. I was up the next afternoon taking a shower. Ok, the nurse put a seat in the shower and I sat while she washed my hair and most of my body.
The PS here in Sac that I saw, would do the LBL an BL in their surgery clinic then send me home the same day. There is no way that I would have wanted to be home. I liked having 24/7 care for several days. I probably could have gone back to the hotel earlier, but Dr S said it would be easier to just stay in the clinic through my facelift. I enjoyed the time at the hotel. I watched movies on the TV, played on my netbook, and we also went to the movies. It was a little outing and felt great to get out. I sat out by the pool one afternoon and read until it got too breezy. My first shopping trip with Tom on Sun, I was still a little shakey and it wasn't much fun. When I went on Tue by myself, I had a ball walking around, eating lunch and getting small presents to bring home. I have pics on my profile and on Dr Sauceda's photo area. You do need to be a friend and have a password. I posted daily while I was in Monterrey...

I'm ready to go to Dr S, too, and will schedule it as soon as I can figure out how to take the time from work. Most realistically I'm looking at a surgery in July.
What time frame were you thinking of? It would be great if we could be there at the same time!
