How do you check on a plastic surgeon to be sure they are reputable?
I have met with a surgeon at Edina Plastic Surgery about a breast lift/augmentation and brachioplasty - he had lots of pictures of the lifts/augmentations - but only one of a brachioplasty that he did.
When I asked his office how many of them he does a year I was told about a dozen and that the only pictures he has were in the book. There are none on his web-site and only one in the book.
Should I be nervous that he has no other photos of this procedure? Is that a red flag when shopping for a surgeon? The photos he had of the breast work he did were very impressive.. but that doesn't mean he can do a good job on arms.
I would appreciate any comments or advice any of you that have been through this might be able to offer - thank you!
