Looking into plastic but have questions first

I have not been on in a very long time but I am interested in finding more out about plastic surgery.  I am four years  out and I feel much much better.  My only problem is I would like to cry when I look in the mirror.  I see my saggy tummy every time I go in to take a shower.  I also feel that I have not lost enough but my dh competely disagrees with me.  My dad also says I do not need to be on any diet.  My BMI does not agree with them.  I don"t eat anything like I did befor my RNY but I just don"t loose wether I try or not.  I stay right at this weight.  Sometimes it goes up or down but only by 1 pound.  Should I try harder to loose more weight and then talk to a surgion or should I at least go talk with one now.  My RNY surgion agrees that I have done very well with my surgery.  My BMI is still at 35.2  I also have a few friends who have gotten to the suggested BMI and they look gross.I don't want that.

I am also in the process of "interviewing" plastic surgeons and can tell you that they (3 of them so far) wanted me to be at or near my goal weight (and healthy BMI range) before they did the surgery for two reasons: 1) the surgery would go better with less complications and 2) I would be less likely to have to have revisions because I was continuing to lose weight.  My bariatric surgeon told me to wait at least a year after surgery and 3 months after my weight had stabilized..mostly because the body needs all the protein it can to recover from the gastric bypass.  More important is what do you want.  If you are satisfied with where your weight is, your dr. thinks you are healthy enough for the surgery and you are aware that revisions might have to be done later, then it is a matter of personal choice.  If something is bothering you that much, it can really become a roadblock.  The results might be enough to jumpstart you into continuing your journey to a BMI that is satisfying to you.  You might find a plastic surgeon who has free consults or less expensive ones and get his/her opinion.  Good luck on whatever you decide.
