Is there such a thing as a small arm lift?

I was wondering if there is such a thing as a small arm lift and if anyone has had one. What really bugs me is that I have a really loose skin pooch near my arm pit (kind of like my thighs). The rest of my arm I can deal with. I was wondering if maybe just pulling the pooch in and removing it like they do with a small thigh lift might be an option. I am kind of scared of being left with a big scar on my arms if I try to do the normal arm lift.

If anyone has done it and can share their experience/pictures, etc. I would really really appreciate it!

Yes and there are a couple different techniques for doing it. Tom (levvittown_loser) posted pictures of his recent arm lift in this thread. He has a very short scar.

People who don't have a lot of extra arm skin can get a small lift with the scar in the armpit. Those of us with floor to ceiling batwings don't have that option, lol.

As Renee said ... I had a "short" arm lift.  it ends about 6 inches from my elbow instead of going the whole way.   I understand what you are talking about though.   And although that would get you a "lift" it wouldn't remove and thin the arm.    It is a procedure that is done as a brazilian surgeon I consulted with in DC last year offered it.
