I had to google the difference... didn't check because I like 'em small. So, personally, I'm leaving mine alone. But, if I were going to be enhanced, I'd go with the teardrop for the more natural look.

It basically comes down to what look you like the most. Teardrop are more natural and don't have as much upper fullness. Round tends to give an overall fullness including the upper region. I chose round because I wanted fullness at the top.

How much breast tissue do you have left? Do you want upper poll fullness and more clevage or natural teardrop looking breast. I opted for upper fullnes. More youthfull and non hanging.. Just some thoughts
