Ive spoken with my surgeon and he is going to insurance with a panni removal. i have to pay for the tt portion. any good medical loans out there? any ideas?

see if your PS takes Care Credit , they give you 12 nor 18 months interest free

Depending on how much the "upgrade" is, you could look at a 0% interest on a credit card too.  I actually called the credit card company and asked for a promotion and they gave it to me....
