Implants or Not...That is the question

So background on me.  I had LBL 2/25/09 and then had Breast Lift and lipo 12/09.  2/23/11 I am scheduled for Upper Body and Arms.  I am VERY EXCITED>

So while I was at my Pre Op appointment I asked the docotr about impalnts. I figure why he is right there getting the arms and bra line (said it would go all the way to the breast line) that it might be the best time to just do an implant.

I am not 100% I need or want one.  I don't want to look fake.  I just don't feel that I am very full at the TOP of my breast.  However that is something that happens with weight loss even tough tthe Breat Lift did help alot.

I just don't really have another 4000 to add on to what I am paying.  BUt keep thinking should I charge it.

I know I am rambling just really hard deciding.  Then the bigger question - Saline $4000 or Gell $5000......

I too had the problem of deciding . MY surgeron who does that for a living told me that UMLESS I COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT THEM and was flat as a pancake ,,,DONT DO IT 
He said that in order to look natural has t be under the muscle, very painful healing, and at some point will have to probably be replaced ...  ANOTHER EXPENSE 
I chose not to and now am very happy I didnt. 
I kept getting the mental vision of a 60 or 70 yeat old bith big perky breasts and wrinkled skin everywhere else LOL 
Of course everyone is different but i wanted to be done and not have the chance of maybe going back for another surgery..
JUST MY TWO CENTS and worth nothing but sound advice to myself.
Some do amd love them but i am always looking at long term and the long term told me no ...

I wound up getting implants,  not big and not high profile. I just wanted more projection to balance out my butt! I have 325cc under the muscle moderate implants, silicone gel. I think I look better in clothing now that I have them.

I love my implants, I just got them 3 weeks ago. Silicone under the muscle. My breast were less than an A cup after weight loss and I got a full C cup with my augmentation. I do look more balanced without looking "fake"
