4 Procedures - which 2 would you put together and why? Advice Please
I typically will do a Stage 1 tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction/implants together (highest rate of touch ups in my experience) and leave the arms and legs free of incisions so you can move around more easily. This also lowers chances of leg incisions separating and makes garment use (needed for TT but a nuisance for inner thigh incisions...rubs...ouch) a lot easier.
Stage 2 is arms and legs, plus touchups from Stage1 if needed.
I like to pull up the front of the legs too if needed using the TT incision. Try pulling those areas up in the mirror...see how it changes the skin of the inner thighs. That used to throw off my marking at surgery and I did not like it !
All that being said, I have combined TT and inner thigh lift in patients without too much leg excess. Probably have done every other combo too depending on patient priorities. But given my druthers, the above seems to work best.
Immobilizing all 4 extremities at once ? Too much of a blood clot risk in my opinion.

I know someone else asked the question, but thank you so much for answering. That is exactly the order I plan on having things done. Also, that way, if I develop keloids, I will know and have them in areas that are easier to hide. Then I can move on to arms and legs if I want.
What is the minimum time that you recommend to wait between Stage 1 and Stage 2?
Thank you again!

Thats a good point, and one I also discuss with patients. The arm and leg scars are a lot more noticeable, and the tummy and breast are a good way to see how the scars will turn out !
