How much of a difference did the Upperbody Lift help that roll over

After my LBL, I began to notice more the side of the chest rolls and bra roll. I actually had lipo on the chest area roll right under my bra during the LBL. Well when i wear a tight shirt I can really notice that roll of fat right on top of the bra and under my arm. Is there anyone with Before and after Pictures. I am Schedule for UBL on 03/09 and it will consist of Arms, BL and side of chest. Also Aggressive Lipo on the Thighs.

 I am going for a consult in a few weeks on the upper body lift and am specifically asking about the roll just under my bra.  I had a lower body lift but he didn't touch that part.  I think maybe I should have had some lipo or something there because now I have flat tummy but a very high muffin top or roll high up just underneath my bra.

I had what my surgeon called an upper flankplasty to remove that extra skin. My arm lift and breast work just wasn't enough to take care of it. I'm sure my arm incisions could have been taken down further but I didn't want my incision going past my armpit. It makes for a tricky recovery and the scarring can be bad. This incision started under my breasts and followed under the arm (the bra line) and into my back. It also took care of some extra skin on my back. Here's a post I made with the after pics. Dr Sauceda continued my under breast line through the side boobage area.  It extended the line a couple of inches, but got rid of the pocket of fat & skin.  I like the look.  I don't have specific pics, but you can see some of it in the side pics.

Did you have an anchor cut on your LBL?  He mentioned doing that on me and I'm concerned about the long vertical scar.  Wondered if the horizontal cut would be enough to take care of the muffin top?

I had an UBL and it totally got rid of my side boobage and the laxity I had in the back skin.   If you are OK with the scars left behind I'd say go for it. 

You can cover them with a bra or swimsuit.  Unless mine fade really good they will be visible on my back which I really hate.   But ... it's the only way to get the shape I wanted.   It's always a decision of shape or scar with plastics.
