Consult scheduled Valentines Day

We'll I'm taking the leap and I've scheduled a consult on Valentines day.  Looking to have my arms and legs done.  After 2+ years out I can't stand this second set of arms hanging off me any longer.  I'd like to get this all done in time for it to heal by summer.

I don't have really bad skin issues in the stomach but I do have saddle bags, anybody ever heard of lip on the rear and maybe a little in the tummy as a side option to the big surgery?
