What do you think about lipo now, surgery later?
So, I went back to the same doctor today and got my final quote for the thigh lipo, its $2500 (includes all fees). Again my doctor explained that I am at a stable weight, over a year within the same 5lbs, and the remaining weight is in my thighs. I am kinda thin on top and just bottom heavy. He said that if he didn't lipo the legs, because my legs are so dense he would have to pull too tight and my scare may open up. I don't want that. He said if I could lose 10lbs, and he lipo'd the area, it would removed the excess fat and give a much better result. I agree. So, I am planning on getting the lipo and BL/BA in August. I hope you make your decision soon.

Quick and easy test to see if you need outer thigh lipo, a lift, or both:
Feet flat, stand in front of mirror.
Use your fingertips only and place them where a bikini would go near your hipbone...then pull your outer thigh skin upward gently, just a few inches.
Like what you see on skin texture ? You need a lift.
Like the way the saddlebag disappears ? You need a lift only, no lipo.
Skin smoothes out but saddlebag lump remains: you need both.
No wrinkly skin at all but you have a large saddlebag: You are a candidate for lipo only.
And there you have it, 18 years of college, med school, and surgery training all in a simple 2 minute excercise. Well, sorta.
Do NOT go to the kitchen and get a knife !

Well I had a LBL with lipo to the back and outer thighs on 11/11/10 and I am scheduled for a UBL on 03/09/11. With the UBL I will also have aggressive Lipo to the thighs because they are really bulky and my dr said that if he did the Thigh lift he would get only decent results. So he suggested Aggressive Lipo to the thighs becasue I carry excess weight in them. I truelly trust his decision. He said he would be able to contour them better.
