Face lift of some kind of face work

I have never been on the PS forum before. It looks like I am going to be inheriting some money and I really want to get my turkey neck fixed, and maybe some crows feet. You know, I don't even know where to start. Can anyone direct me?
I am thinking Mexico probably around Mexicali where I had my VSG if there is anyone there that is good. Can someone direct me to how to start looking for someone?

Just a thought if you are set on Mexicali .... Why not ask Dr. Aceves his recommendation for a plastic surgeon in the area specializing in the face?
