I'm 19 months out from RNY and looking into LBL. I would like to know if anyone has delt with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ Direct? Will they pay for this?? Thanks in advance for all of your help
Hi, i have bcbs hmo of ill and was approval for belt lipectomy/ upper. My pmd put and reff in for me to see and ps and once he did his cons they put in for it and 4 days later i was approval. So talk with your family first.
