would love any and all information, opinions, and results that anyone would like to share with me.  I am excited and scared at the same time.  Wow what a feeling.

Well, you and I are in the same boat, I'm having my LBL on March 3rd.  Very exciting!!

I am recovering from a breast lift and brachioplasty 2.5 weeks ago, i'd reccommend strengthening your core, legs and butt as much as possible as the stronger you are the easier it will be able to in and out of bed etc when your mobility is limited.  Lots of loose clothing, wet ones wipes since you probably wont be able to shower for a couple days post op, having a shower chair would be helpful as I have learned from others on here that they sometimes feel a bit dizzy after taking the binder off.  I started stool softeners 1/day for about a week before my last surgery and then took them several times/day post op as anesthesia and pain meds can be very constipating, i also mixed miralax in with my protein shakes and had no issues at all.

And have extra help, especially the first week post-op.  That's all I can think of at the moment, but you'll get lots of great info on this board!  Good Luck ;)

Thank you so much for the advice.  I have been up here reading post every night.  I am excited and nervous at the same time.  I will continue to read.  I am sending a friends request.

Congrats! I am so excited for you. I'm in the very early stages of research so no advice to give. I am thinking I may need the same type of tt  and would love to hear how you are doing after the surgery; maybe you can give me advice : )
