where to get a garment after TT?

I had a TT 9 days ago. I am still wearing my binder but now that my drains are out, the Dr. said I could get a girdle/garment. I need one with legs that go close to my knees. Any ideas where to get one?

Kohl's, Penny's, Macy's, Sears and Walmart sell Flexees and they make one that goes to just above your knees that goes all the way up to just below your bra and you can wear your own bra. The only downside is it is a pain in the neck to get off quickly to go to the bathroom..

I'm having my TT on Monday so this is all new to me but I'm wondering why you need a garment that goes down so far?

WOW!! My dr. said that the SUPER BINDER that I got after surgery should be worn for at least 6 weeks - nothing else has enough compression to keep everything where he wants it. LUCKY YOU

Dr Sauceda uses Veronique garments. The abdomen one has thigh support too. eye hooks and zippers on both sides with straps, and goes under the breasts. The bra/arms has 3/4 length sleeves and the built in bra. I've started wearing ribbed sleeveless tops over the bra and before the abdomen garment.

Stella~ thanks for the info. I might use flexxes later but for now, I think I better get something with more strength to it.
Mickie~my Dr. said if I dont get a garment with legs, the swelling will just move down there. Good luck tomorrow!

Lap Band

I love the Design Veronique and they gave me a lot of support. After 8 weeks, I went to the Marena for another few months just because I tend to swell a lot after my 12 hr night shifts. Now I am a year out and I wear my flexees. They make one full body without a bra but over the shoulders and it has snaps in the crotch to go potty! I love it.
