hooha surgery

Has anyone had the hooha surgery (AKA Vaginal Rejuvination)? What is that? Does it make you smaller to accomodate smaller sized partners? Does it reconstruct the hymen to accomodate .... um others? Any ideas? I see the procedure is even listed on Dr. Sauceda's price list. ... I'm very curious about what that is and what the purpose of said procedure would be.

It seems that the procedure varies from surgeon to surgeon.  Some seem focused mostly on exterior appearance (structrue of the labia and other areas).  Some focus on the entrance to tighten things up following childbirth.  Some go into the vagninal canal and it is more of a gynecological operation to put the baldder and bowel walls back in place which tends to tighten things up as well as correct issues like unreliable bladder and bowel function usually following childbirth.

As far as I am aware, I don't know if there are studies on the primarily cosmetic aspects of this procedure that this really makes a difference in anything other than appearance.
