breast reduction- Ontario-OHIP -measurements

Does anyone have personal experience of what measurements are taken during a consultation for OHIP approval of breast reduction? I know that 'health problems" pain or skin breakdown are required for approval as well as the measurements- but want to know what is measured - ie I read somewhere that they measured from shoulder to nipple and if it was more than 11 inches, it was approved- btw mine is 14. Currently a DD or E cup- band size has dropped to 36 from 40.
