Blaoting once a month, after regular TT

I had a TT back in August and I think the surgery bloating/swelling is gone.  Most of the month, I feel and look fine, but when it's my time of the month, boy do I bloat up!!!!!  Does anyone else do this?!  Maybe I've always bloated up, monthly, but when you're overweight you don't notice it as much?  But it's very very noticeable, my clothes are super tight, I gain about 8lb (then it goes right back down) and I just feel FAT!!!!  Isn't there something OTC for it?
