Plastics question

This post may sound incredibly strange but stay with me till then end please :).
I've been watching lots of plastic surgery shows on tv for years. I've seen where they take fat out of peoples hips and put in their tush to make it rounder.. etc..
I will be getting a breast lift but I am against implants in a major way. Can they take fat out of my tush and put it in my boobs? I'm so embarrassed to ask a surgeon for fear of getting laughed at as this is a hugely sensitive topic for me since I've got major body image issues. Any replies appreciated!

Yes but I don't think many surgeons are experienced in it  ... nor do I know the long term success with it.

Search google for Breast enhancement using fat grafts (lipoaugmentation) or stem cell breast augmentation.

Mine said they could have - if I'd had any left IN my tu****urns out that the way they did the lift/reduction left me with enough to make me happy (large C/small D) without extra fat.

One of my surgeons is a breast reconstruction expert - see if you can find someone like that near you. (or, depending on where in Indiana you are... my guys are just north of Chicago in Evanston... might not be too bad a drive for you).
