silicone scar tape

 Silly  question.......are we suposed to keep the scar tape on ALWAYS?  or do do take it off to let our "skin breathe"........I even keep it on during showers.......opinions please....overnight?

I put mine on after work, usually around 4 or 5, and take it off before I get in the shower at 5:15am in the morning. Mine says to wear a minimum 12 hours a day. Then i wash the strips with a mild soap and air dry then they are ready when i get home. Hope this helps!

Mine says "wear as tolerated" - with a minimum of 1 hour a day, and a maximum of 23 hours per day. You can sleep in them (if you can - I find I'm so worried about them "shifting" as I move, that I keep waking up!), but I find that about 15 hours per day works well for me.
