Post-Op Pics of Side Boob & Back Skin Removal/Upper Flankplasty
I wish I would have remembered to take before pictures. It totally slipped my mind. Just picture a nice fitting bra. Not too loose and not overly tight, but snug around the band. I just had this spill over of skin under my arm pits and I didn't like it. It was all skin and there was no tucking it in or hiding it. I am very glad to be rid of it and I'm sure you will be too!

Now that you've had time to live with the new boobs for a while are you still happy with the size? Do you wish you had gone bigger? smaller? Using the Rice sizers it is telling me I also need 700 cc. Hoping by fall to get them. Was hoping for christmas last year but life got in the way.

I have no regrets about my size. I went larger than the average woman does but I have the frame to pull it off and I believe that I am well proportioned. I have very broad shoulders. I always say that it just comes down to personal preference and what look you are wanting to acheive.

Renee, I agree you pull it all off beautifully. I know what it is like to have broad shoulders. On another forum I frequent they always say to go bigger than you think so I wanted to know if you were happy or wished you had went bigger. I know 700 sounds big but I hope like you I can pull it off beautifully.

440/140/149 hw/cw/gw - 5'5" -300lbs -- bmi 73.2 to 24.8 :) GOAL MET 10/26/10!!.... Even made 140 September 2012. Been ranging 4-6lbs from 144-146 since then. Back to 140 December 2012, hoping to see it again after I feel better and start working out.

I had the side boobage going on too. I asked Dr S what he could do about it. So he took my breast lift farther under my arm to pick up the side boobage. He said, the scar will be a few inches more. I rolled my eyes, scars.... with the LBL, arms, BL, thigh lift, like another couple of inches was going to bother me to get rid of those extra boobs on the side. Oh yeah - do it!
A friend came over to see me today and said you have a bust line, w/o having any extra fat/muffin top... so my boobs stand out all by themselves. What a change! I love my new look even with the abdominal swelling still going on. I'm going to a party on Sat night, bruised face and everything! Can't wait to see what folks have to say.
