compression question

Hi there.....I am 3 weeks out and am looking for a more comfortable compression garment.  I had an extended TT with lipo  (as welll as a breast reduction/lift)  and the scars are almost smooth on my stomach (using the silicone strips).  My boobs only need a non-underwire bra.  The waist compression thing is way too wide.  The other 1 I got is velcro'ed in 2 places (great) but it rubs under a boob.  Is there a type you all liked or is it really hit or miss?

remember - feel free to see my pix!!  more added tomorrow...........

I just ordered one of these to see if it's comfortable since it's only 8 inches wide.

There are loads of binders out there to find one that works.  The one above was so cheap I added it to another order I was placing to give it a try.

My surgeon, at two weeks lets his patients wear those biker shorts type girdles from Spanx etc. I didn't like them so I continued to wear my abdominal binder. The binder was a little too long for me and in the hospital the surgeon told me I could cut off one of the rows from the binder so that it fit me better which I did. I was also told to buy soft tank tops to wear under the binder so it didn't rub on my skin. All of these ideas may help you.

Hello,

I am wearing a body suit from the site below, it is what my Dr. had put on me in the OR so I have had it from the get go and it is comfortable and easy to get on since it has zippers and eye hooks on each side..

I had my LBL on 12/30 and ended up back in the or due to a blood clot on 1/17 so we are almost on the same time frame.

My surgeon recommended either a high-waisted panty type from Walmart/Target, or the biker short high-waist from the same places. I wound up with the Cupid brand from Walmart, and they work just fine (except that there is now no such thing as a quick trip to the bathroom, what with getting that thing back up, making sure the hip/abdomen silicon is not pulling, and then getting all my clothes back in position!).
