Approved by Anthem Blue Cross for Fleur and boobies!!

I also have Anthem BCBS, and need a breast lift/reduction and TT.  Can you tell us what all you had to go through to get approved?

i posted above your post what it took to qualify....i fought for a year...but i got it!! good luck!!

Well Anthem denied me, saying I needed a BMI of under 30 so I have about 50lbs to lose before appealing =( Easier said then done considering I have already lost 225lbs and the skin is making it hard to exercise like I need to for the 50lbs to come off GRRRRRR
