Approved by Anthem Blue Cross for Fleur and boobies!!
Congrats on getting this covered - best 10 bucks you will ever spend I'm sure!
No advice to offer as I'm about to have both procedures done myself. Tummy tuck on Feb. 7th and breasts on March 7th. I sure wish my surgeon would agree to double up but he won't.
Looking forward to hearing about your experience and I will post as soon as I can after my first surgery to let others know how it was.
All the best,
Mickie

H MIckie,
did u get insurance approval on both your TT & breasts surgery?, sometimes Drs. dont like to do 2 insurance procedures together cause they make less money that way. we had a PS do a seminar & he told us this, well u know I didnt go to him. I was self pay for all my Plastics. I just didnt like that attitude to come out & say it was because of money just turned me off he could have made up a story like I dont like to do the 2 procedures together
Good Luck with your upcoming surgeris

Sadly I have to pay for all plastics up front myself but my insurance said to submit all the claims and they will see if they can reimburse me for anything.
My surgeon feels that his patients recover faster when they have operations separately and there is no discount for having mulitiple procedures at once anyway.

I just had my plastics consult and they suggested the same Fleur de lis procedure. They are right now calling my insurance, I also have Anthem BCBS so was very curious what hoops you had to go through to get approved. Please shoot e a personal essage or post on here if you could! THANKS!

Have to have had massive weight loss and be below bmi of 29...have to have yeast infections under belly and breasts with indentations in shoulders due to breast weight and they measure how far everything hangs down...your pubis has to hang over your mons pubis and you have to suffer from re occuring yeast infections atleast 3 times and be treated for them and you have to be stable in weight for 6 months.
Lots of hoops...but it is worth it in the end!!

Well I have the massive loss of 225lbs but I am about 55bs away from a bmi of 29. I have been sable for almost 2 years since it kills my joints and back to exercise any length of time. I was denied so now am starting an appeal process. My Dr got me on some muscle spasm pills so we will try working out again with those to help. Thanks for posting this!
